If you have recently visited a Home Depot store and would like to express your feedback to the company, whether your experience was good or bad, they would love to hear from you about your visit so they can continue to improve the products & services available to the public.

  5. Find your receipt and enter the User ID & Password from your receipt and click Next.

  • Must be a legal resident of the United States and District of Columbia.

    I am regular customer of Home Depot in Laurel, MD. I went into the store a few days ago looking for items that I did not find, was in a rush and I spoke to Ms.Jyoti who was very polite, patient and helpful in finding the items.. She has helped me in the past and always very helpful.

      HAVE YOU NOTICED HOW FREQUENTLY THE POSITIVE COMMENTS REFER TO INTERACTION WITH YOUR SALESPEOPLE AND CASHIERS. OPEN MORE REGISTERS AND LESS SELF CHECK OUTS.

    I love this store, you find everything you need from electric to construction appliance and gardens This help me to fix my sisters house and my sons…. Hope can I explain so I wouldn’t be fanadic you can send for what you need and they will call you when it arrives .     After several failed attempts, I finally special ordered two toilets and scheduled my plumber based on an email telling me that the toilets were in. When I arrived to pick them up, one was broken and could no longer be reordered. I also had a paint rebate card which no one could seem to process. Thankfully, we ended up at the Special Order desk with Crystal. Crystal was able to resolve the problem with the rebate card which had been processed in a previously entered order which was screwed up and cancelled (and not card not refunded). Crystal was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. She had us end up leaving the store extremely grateful for her involvement. She is a great employee. Store 6291 is lucky to have her as an employee.

    I could not find what I was looking for and stopped to ask a young man–Pepito– for assistance because he was wearing a Home Depot apron. He was working in the paint department and my question was to ask about gutter guards.
    He took out his phone and found the brand item I was looking for, took me to an in store computer and helped me place an order. It did not take much time with his assistance. He made certain I had a receipt and explained the item would be sent directly to the store for pick up.
    Pepito has a very calm and interested disposition. I hope he is recognized for his efforts.

    I bought a refrigerator today, and Don helped me. Answered all my questions, and was so helpful. Also had to go to the pro desk and Bill was the one who helped me order all my roofing supplies for a new roof. These two guys were supreme in helping me get what I needed in a very timely fashion. Thank you both so much!!!
