Guys in Paint Dept. are great.
Your Military Vet policy needs help. Driver License in Fl. has a V to indicate we are a Vet. We must show our military papers at the DMV to get the V designation. Your cashiers keep asking for military papers–and I have to ask for a manager–who says the cashier is doing their job asking for papers. The manager then states they will take it. It is a 50/50 shot this happens. At other home improvement stores all I give my phone #.
There is never anyone available in Home Depot who is knowledgeable.

I was greeted upon entering the Southlake Home Depot by a smiling young lady named Lucy who eventually became my checkout person as well as greeter. I explained my situation and she quickly picked up the phone and had a young gentleman named Oscar come over. Oscar from the very start was very eager to accommodate my needs and supplied information so I could utilize a length of lumber that he was willing to cut to my specifications. All of this was done with a great demeanor. I offered him a suggested tip but he explained that there’s no need and turned any thought of it down. He asked if there was anything else by which I commented no and thank you. I was informed that instead of talking to the manager, this vehicle would work the best. Bravo to the store supervision for having your training and hiring process produce these 2 excellent employees. No Loews for me……

I hate shopping! I was able to find everything I needed, prices were much lower than I anticipated and then Ms. Jamila opened a register to check me out, and her smile, kindness and bubbly Spirit took away all my not wanting to be there attitude. I opened up a homdepot credit account and my purchase was even less thanks to the subtle suggestion, not pushy, from Ms Jamila! It could not have worked out more perfectly. I actually look forward to going back to Home Depot if nothing more than to give Ms. Jamila a big hug and see her kind smile. Well, I must admit, Home Depot has the best plant and gardening area that I’ve seen. Thanks Home Depot for Ms. Jamila changing my attitude and for your great customer service.

I went to Home Depot in La Quinta,Ca and Charlie was the one that helped me order my six panel doors . Charlie was very nice and made sure that I was very satisfied with my purchase. Charlie was great and I really appreciated all his attention and ways of explaining things to me.
