Store 469 in Batavia ,N.Y. is typical of all Tractor Supply Stores and extremely professional. I shop at Tractor Supply in Oneonta and Sidney, N.Y as well and always receive great service. Today , however was exceptional, at 5:10 p.m. I drove into the parking lot and the store was dark. There was a power failure and the employees never missed a beat. I was greeted cheerfully , told about the power failure and asked what I needed. I was escorted to the pet food aisle to purchase Guinea pig food. As the gentleman had escorted me, flashlight in hand , I bought a bigger bag.Why not , it was the least I could do. The Young woman on register 1 processed my purchase same as always, cheerful, smiling and courteous. You should be very proud of them. I am a certified vocational rehabilitation counselor and can’t praise your staff enough.
