So what’s the TescoViews website all about?

If you have recently shopped at a Tesco store and would like to leave your feedback to the company, then TescoViews is for you. It was developed by Tesco to gain an insight into customer behavior and how to help improve customer satisfaction and understand how to improve the products and services on offer to the public. Whether you had a good or bad shopping experience, Tesco would love to hear from you.

I frequently shop in Tesco Pilgrims
    Way Chandlers
Ford Hampshire. Tina, one of the assistants, makes shopping a pleasure. She always takes time to give that little bit extra when serving customers, nothing is too much trouble even when the store is very busy.

If you have a rewards system please put her forward.

  9. Tesco seems to be riding the slithery slope and headed downhill.

1,700 staff to be disposed of?

Falling value s of majority of items.

Staff down price discounting items close to best by date to the maximum for their own purchases whilst customer must accept 25% knockdown at same time of day….

Never attained the quality of Morrison’s yet copied marketing of certain items in part though not fill customer value….note Takeaway food items still sold individually and not Two items with two free sides at a discount over 2X single unit prices…

Playing catch-up with Morrison’s in every way

    Way to go Tesco.

I visited the Tesco store at Whitely today at 10.54. It was quiet at the till – the customer in front of me had just finished her transaction.

I was unloading the basket , which was a full basket – i had 16 items in it.
The cashier started the transaction before i had chance to even unload the basket . I thought that she could have at least waited a few moments for me to unload the goods. She was like a bat out of Hell. I couldn`t see the urgency- there was no one else in the queue. She didn`t seem very friendly. It was very off putting.

Always use Tesco as it is the most conveiniant store for me,but have to make a bus trip to get to the store. But you will soon face grave compotition as there is now a new Lidle being built in my village.

  17. Had a nightmare of a visit to Tesco, Wokingham today. Taking a 96 year old neighbour who had to wait in a long queue for checkout manned by a very unhelpful and unfriendly member of staff. A number of products were unavailable and some poor quality. A staff member shopping for on-line shoppers was rude and pushy with her large trolley. To cap it all my car was extensively scraped down the side and no CCTV.
