How to take part in the Lowes Satisfaction Survey

Lowes is a customer-centric company who would like to hear from it’s customers about their shopping experiences. If you have recently visited a Lowes store and made a purchase, then why not tell the company how they did? Whether your visit was good or bad, they would like to know so the information can help them improve the areas that need it most.

the item i purchased is a modular BBQ grill I paid in full $1,641.00 and today is 3/26/16 and i still haven’t received my BBQ. Your management tells me they had to transfer the BBQ from the Santa Clarita Store which is approximately 30 miles from here and as of this minute not received any calls on time of arrival
after 10 days the Lancaster Calif management tells me they have a bad correspondence with Santa Clarita
Lowe’s this is my 1st bad experience in many years at the Lancaster Lowes Store and i am very disappointed the way this has been handled

  3. I made a very simple purchase, a gerbera premier 4668. The display was inviting and the price was reasonable. So I bought three. I have been a customer at this store for almost 20 yrs. Service is always prompt and polite.

  7. I, had a good experience at Lowes yesterday, I, spoke with a salesperson TROY & cashier BRYANDA at store 2701 in Glenville NY, They were very courteous and went out of their to help me, with employees like this I will continue to shop at this store. I, walked out of this store feeling very confident that my problem was solved.

  8. The Lowe’s store#0661 on James Island, S.C. is a total disaster physically. The Isles are cluttered with what appears to inventory. The store is totally unorganized and has been for quite a while. When you do find something it has been used or parts are missing or the wrong item in the package. When I was there on 07/26/2018 I had trouble finding several items. Personnel were helpful helping me look for what I was looking for. Personnel have always been helpful, but even they have difficulty finding things. One thing I was looking for was Safety hearing ear plugs and several associates had no idea where they were in the store. I know they have them somewhere because I have purchased them there before. This is not a new issue. The store has been unorganized for quite sometime, but never this bad. This store needs new management. If they worked for me they would have been gone a long time ago!!! I have purchased quite a bit of merchandise from Lowe’s in the last couple of years as we have been remodeling our house room by room and plan to do more. However I will be doing it at one of the other Lowe’s store even though they are much farther away and not as convenient. FYI, the Customer Survey site has issues as it is blocked by malware and un-accessable.

  9. Visited Lowe’s store 2954 on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018. Went straight to Tool World. I will admit, I kind of knew what I wanted, and what I didn’t want. A very nice young man, named Daniel, very knowledgeable, showed me the tools I was interested in. A drill, brushless, impact Porter Cable, and a Porter Cable jig-saw. Let me feel the weight, which was important to me, as I’m not all that strong, but make up for in , determination. Then, as I had a list of items, he took me to find all of those, and a few more. It was by far the Best shopping experience, I have ever had in a store, and I truly believe it was all because of Daniel! And today is Daniel’s birthday, so Happy Birthday, young man, your family should be very proud. My ID # 20072 2954 245
