How to take part in the WalgreensListens Satisfaction Survey…
If you are a regular or one-time shopper at Walgreens, then you may well want to leave your comments to the company about your recent visit. Walgreens would like to hear from it’s valued customers about their shopping experiences, including about the products and services on offer to the public. The survey is free to participate, but you must have a valid receipt from your most recent purchase.
We’ll show you how to get started in just a few simple steps;
- Visit the official survey website found at www.WalgreensListens.com
- For Spanish users click Espanol, or continue to find your receipt and enter the survey number, password and time of visit. Click Start to continue.
- You’ll be asked a series of questions about your visit, try to answer these as honest as possible as it will help Walgreens improve customer services and the products on offer to the public.
- Upon completion, if eligible, enter the sweepstakes for your chance to win the $3,000 cheque!
Terms of Entry / Requirements
- A receipt from your recent purchase in-store at Walgreens, or no receipt is needed for online purchases made at Walgreens.com and can telephone 1-800-219-7451 or write to Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes, PO Box 9681, Grand Rapids, MN, 55745-9681 with your name, age, complete address, daytime/evening telephone number on a 3×5 piece of paper.
- All entries must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- A legal resident of the United States excluding Puerto Rico.
- Some personal information is required, not sold to third-party providers, but may be used for in-house marketing purposes. You can read the full privacy policy here.
- One grand prize winner will receive $3,000 in a cheque and will be notified by phone, email and/or mail.
