So what’s the satisfaction survey and how can I enter?

The TellOutBack.com satisfaction survey was designed to gain an insight into its customers, allowing them to improve customer satisfaction on a larger scale and the products and services available. If you have recently dined at an Outback location and would like to express your opinion it won’t take longer than five minutes to complete. As a thank you for participating, you can enter the sweepstakes for your chance to win the grand prize of $1,000 or one of many $50 gift cards.

During the survey you will be asked some basic questions about your visit, how was the accessibility, were the staff friendly, how did the food taste and more. You will need a valid receipt from your recent purchase to begin.

2. Find your receipt, and enter the 18 digit code in the middle and click Start to begin

4. Continue to answer all required questions as honest as possible
5. Upon completion, be sure to enter the sweepstakes to win the $1,000 grand prize.

Terms of Entry / Requirements

• You must have a valid receipt from a participating restaurant with a survey code.
• Available to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Enter by mail by hand printing your name, address, telephone number and date of birth on a postcard and send to Bloomin’ Brands Customer Survey Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3586, Southbury, CT, 06488-3586
• There are twelve random drawings around the 10th day of the month, with one grand prize of $1,000 in a check or eighty prizes of a $50 Bloomin’ Brands gift card.
