How to take part in the feedback survey

If you have recently dined at an Applebee’s location and would like to express your feedback then the TalkToApplebees was developed for this purpose, allowing the company to gain an insight to its customers dining experiences and overall help improve customer satisfaction. The feedback survey isn’t hard to complete, and shouldn’t take longer than five minutes. Throughout the survey, you will be asked some basic questions about your visit, try to answer these as honest as possible as it will help them improve the products and services available to its valued customers.

If that sounds good to you, then we will show you how to get started in a few simple steps;

1. Head over to the official site at www.TalktoApplebees.com
2. Find your receipt and enter the 13 digit survey code, time of your visit and server name. Click start to begin
   
3. For Spanish users click Espanol, or if you have a different receipt to the one shown, click the link for you to continue
4. Continue to answer all required questions as honest as possible
5. Once you’ve finished, be sure to enter the sweepstakes for your chance to win the $1,000 grand prize!

Terms of Entry / Requirements

• A valid receipt from a participating Applebees restaurant with a survey code visible.
• A legal resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington or District of Columbia.
• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• There are 39 weekly drawings, with one prize per drawing of $100 check. All winners will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail.
• To enter without purchase, you must neatly write your full name, address, emal address and date of birth on a 3×5 piece of paper delivered to: Applebee’s Survey Sweepstakes, PO Box 6047, Dept 39638, Douglas, Az, 85655.
