    Use Macdonald’s regularly and always find the staff are helpful and, not very often but if an order has been wrongly dispatched it has been rectified swiftly and without question. Keep in up Macdonald’s.

    (27-05-18) Please give a huge thank you to Jan, Val, and Michelle, they are the staff at Blackburn rd McDonald’s in Bolton, they started my little girls birthday with a bang before we headed off to the cinema, nothing was any trouble, helpful, smiles all round, they even brought my daughters cake and candle out and hung around to sing happy birthday, all this was done while they carried out their normal duties, thank you so much as I believe one member came in on her day off to help out, as I believe they want to promote childrens parties in this restaurant, more parties over this end please. ???? ???? ???????????? thanks again,

    Food and drinks were fresh, hot and tasty. Unfortunately staff did not deal with the beggar who went from table to table harassing customers until someone bought him a drink and some food, this should have been dealt with swiftly as people are being given a bad impression and will probably not return, it also looked like a regular occurrence. marred what would have been a pleasant meal.

      If you have no money, you get hungry and thirsty. Why didn’t you offer to buy him a meal, it probably would have made you feel human.

    Hi
    As ‘elderly’ and infrequent patrons to MacDonalds, we found the ordering on those machines really tricky. Where is the page for the Meals, saw the children’s one but where is, for instance, the cheeseburger meal?
    Asked a member of staff for help and he said that he didn’t understand them and suggested that we queued up at the counter!
    The staff were polite.
    The food could have been warmer and one of the portions of chips looked like the end of the frier/bag as there were lots of little crispy/burnt chips.

    Orderd food and payed at 17:41 25s
    We sat and watched 10 cars come through the drive through with there food we finally got our order at 18;16 lucky enough the food was hot but not happy with the service. Not even a offer of a desserts for having to be mucked about …. thanks mcdonalds for putting me off coming here again

    Cannock bypass is always welcoming, and it is easy to order when you Drive through, which I nearly always do,I find the staff Helpful and polite !!

    What more can i say,I regularly use the Drive Through, as it is normally Quick (other than at Peak times),and the staff are always There to help you and are always polite.

    Although I have used McDonalds in other areas in the past my last visit was to Sandbrook park Rochdale,

    I have never seen such a miserable members of staff in my life not one of them I saw looked as if they did not want to be there. Also one member of staff only at the counter and she walked of and said she would not be a minute it was more like 4 minutes. I know it was busy but I don’t think I will visit this branch again, thank god there is another branch near by.
